SpinOtter ($SPIN) is a community-driven memecoin on Base. This document covers how the presale works, the token distribution, and the risks involved.

TOKEN: Total supply 1,000,000,000 $SPIN, fixed. Allocations: 40% presale, 25% liquidity, 12% marketing, 13% community, 5% team (vested), 5% airdrops.

PRESALE: The presale runs in phases with increasing prices. Buyers pay in the network's native coin (ETH on Base). Each payment is sent directly to the project wallet and recorded against the buyer's address. Token balances are tracked and become claimable once the team opens claiming — this protects launch liquidity and prevents pre-launch dumping.

SECURITY: Buyers sign every transaction in their own wallet. This site never stores private keys or seed phrases and never requests them. The receiver wallet is configured server-side and can only be changed by an authenticated admin, with confirmation and an audit log.
